Regular classes for Kids:
Bahrain Karate Center (5-14 years) – Every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday at 4 PM - Training for beginners and lower grades to obtain certification upto purple belt. Certification Older children 9-14 higher grades purple upwards. Adult mixed classes also.

Bin Jamal Taekwondo Center–Every Monday and Wednesday from 5-6:30 PM Newly established in 2009, this martial art involves the mental training and techniques of unarmed combat for self defence, health and discipline. These programs are run independently from WBFC.

Creative Dance (Mums and Babies) (1.5-3.5 years)- An active class for parents and babies engaging them by using various props. Enjoying the combination of dance, music and movement, we encourage the development of creativity and fantasy of every little dancer.

Ballet (4-5 years) (6-8 years)- Based on RAD syllabi, the program has been carefully devised using basic postures from classic ballet. Using warm up techniques from creative dancing, we allow children to progress through their ballet training in orderly, challenging and inspirational stages. The course objective is to teach them the art of free artistic expression through movement.

Jazz Dance (13 years and above)- Activities that will enable the children to explore space, to develop musicality and to improve coordination. Training on dance technique, ability or timing. The objective is to fully engage an otherwise shy or active child into the learning arena using their best language at this stage of development.

Kids Salsa (7-12 years)- Salsa isn't just for adults, it's for kids too! Salsa teaches kids about rhythm, musicality and diversity in a fun environment. Children will learn basic footwork with body and arm movements and getting students moving to the pattern work of salsa. This is a high energy class that is filled with cool tips and information to make it a life learning experience.
No prior dance experience required. Just come with your love for music, dancing and keeping fit! Participants should wear shoes and comfortable clothing.

Kids Yoga (2.5-7 years with parent) (8-12 years)- Yoga for kids is an excellent way for a child to exercise. This program is created especially for children to utilize the more gentle poses and breathing exercises. Yoga classes for children can be a fun and rewarding activity as it can help self-conscious children become more aware of the things they can do making them agile and improving their concentration. Children benefit in a large number of ways, by improving physical, mental and general health.

Belly Dancing (7-13 years) - The focus of this program is to allow kids to explore and develop individually in the art of belly dance both technically and emotionally. This dance form will help kids improve self confidence along with balance and coordination. Learn how to move to the rhythm for a positive and fun experience.

Modern Dance (13 years and above) - An activity to establish emotional communication with body movement through coordination, body awareness and attention A playful and fun way for children learn to dance and to explore shape, space, rhythm and energy as tools for expression.
